  1. How does Hungry Mart work?
    Hungry Mart is Australia’s first zero commission online ordering app. Customers can order their delicious meals straight from the palm of their hand, and restaurant staff members and owners will be able to accept and print your order from their mobile. It’s a suite of apps that helps restaurant owners pass on savings to their customers – YOU! You can dine-in, pick up your order directly from the restaurant, or get it delivered right to your door. Best part is – we’ll tell you when your order is ready so you’ll always get your meal piping hot!

  2. How do I download Hungry Mart?

  3. How do I create an account on Hungry Mart?
    Step 1. Download the app on iOS or Android.
    Step 2. Tap ‘Create an Account’.
    Step 3. Enter your details – be sure to use a valid mobile number!
    Step 4. Hit the ‘Create Your Account’ button.

  4. How do I place an order on Hungry Mart?

    Step 1. Download the app on iOS or Android.

    Step 2. Create an account or sign in to your existing one.

    Step 3. Select your order type – Pick Up or Delivery.

    Step 4. Use your current location to see restaurants around you, or search for a specific suburb or postcode.

    Step 5. A list of restaurants that match your search criteria will be displayed.

    Step 6. Select the restaurant you want to order from.

    Step 7. Check out their menu and add items to your cart.

    Step 8. For some items you may be able to adjust or add extra options.

    Step 9. Check out and select your payment method – we accept cards or cash.

    Step 10. Enter in your details and wait for your SMS. The SMS letting you know your order has been accepted by the restaurant.


  5. What kind of benefits do I get using the Hungry Mart app?
    There are specials for each restaurant to order, discounts to apply for just for using the app and not forgetting the most rewarding loyalty credit to earn with Hungry Mart! You can order from the comfort of your home, work or even when you’re out – then get an SMS to let you know when your order will be ready!

  6. I can’t find any restaurants in my area?
    We’re teaming up with amazing local restaurants to get the best of the best on board Hungry Mart – if you can’t find the eatery that you love on our app, please do let us know on admin@hungrymart.com.au so we can get them to join us!

  7. I didn’t get a confirmation SMS after placing my order.
    The confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile number when the restaurant has accepted your order. If you sent an order out of opening hours, there could be a delay in receiving a confirmation SMS. However, it could also be that the restaurant is super busy and haven’t been able to accept your order yet!You can also check if your mobile number is correct by logging into Hungry Mart and checking the ‘My Account’ screen. Otherwise, feel free to call the restaurant with the number listed on their ‘More Details’ screen to check if everything is ok!

  8. Oops! I need to change my order after I submitted it!
    We suggest to give the restaurant a call to see if there is still time to change/add to the order – chances are they may be able to help out.

  9. I want to cancel my order.
    Sometimes these things happen – it’s best to give the restaurant a call to see if they’ve started making your order. They might be able to give you a refund or credit towards your next meal.

  10. My order is late.
    We’re sorry that your order was not in your hands (or more so your stomach) at the time you were expecting it! We understand that it is very frustrating, so the first thing to do is to ring up the restaurant to see where your order is.

  11. My question is not listed above. Where can I speak to someone?
    If your question relates to your meal or order specifically, please contact the restaurant you ordered it from directly. If you are having any issues with the app itself, please send us an email on admin@hungrymart.com.au – we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can.
